All our regular events have been cancelled since mid-March, and we have missed the opportunity to meet and enjoy good conversation in each other’s company.
In an attempt to stay connected, we have encouraged our members who feel inspired to put pen to paper to send us any poems, short stories, musings on the current situation or anything else that you feel the urge to contribute.
Below are some of the contributions we have received from our Members..
Brian Gallagher, “Some sketches of my children who are keeping busy in this lock down.“
Enda Coyle Greene, “My offering is a haiku for a visual artist friend who lives on the other side of the country. It was written in response to a beautiful card she’d made especially for me.”
